Can't really understand Melbourne's thinking on Mitch Clarke. They pay him a crap load of money knowing that he more than likely won't be there for more than a few years.

I reckon its a great move by Melbourne. Wanted him and got him! maybe the days of Melbourne getting the scraps are over.

Interesting footnote : The press release Fremantle made regarding Clark. He has never played for them and most likely will not ever play for them, yet they saw fit to make a press release on his behalf.
