Qld used 5 bowlers (7 over lowest, 12 over highest) and Vic used 6 bowlers (5 over lowest, 11 over highest) on the weekend.

I don't understand why either, it will be interesting to see how it gets utilised.

Not surprised, Faulkner is a hack and he's at 6, who is Day? Krejza at 8 meanwhile Butterworth bats at 10; what a joke!

Butterworth batting at ten would have you think that Tasmania bat quite low, but with Krejza and Triffitt at 8 and 9, he really is batting too low.
Triffitt can hold a bat, but struggles when he has to score runs quickly, and although Krejza produced a handy cameo today, Butterworth should be batting at 8, if not higher.

Watched the last part of the game, and as talented as Couter-Nile is, when the lower order went after him, he really had no answers (1/25 off his last two overs), Ronchi was good behind the stumps (four catches and a stumping), and Beer was solid, even though his figures look a little better because he bowled when they were struggling.

Matthew Day, only played the one game (LIST A) last year, bowled, didn't bat.

All rounder who scored a ton last month in the Futures League.

261 runs @ 32, and 19 wickets at 27 (medium pacer) were his stats in that comp last year.

Im absolutely stunned
TA 231
WA 8/113
Evan Gubis had taken 4 wickets in a row
Gubis 4/8 [5]
How the hell does his skipper replace him in the bowling attack ?
WA recover to make 164

Having captained at the lowest level, I have to say, I would not replace a guy who has 4/8 off 30 balls
I would give him a shot at getting his 5th or 6th wicket

MAN OF THE MATCH AWARD
Gubis 24[31] + 4./8 [5] might have narrowly Beaton Luke Ronchi 0[4] and a dropped catch for MOM

PS
If I was captaining TA I would not be batting Luke Butterworth at number 10
