Odds will be far too short... He's the best cricketer in the comp hands down.

Riverside did play div2 finals last year yeah!

Those odds are juicy but i could never back against my own side.

But you guys have the worldXI, and you were lightyears ahead of the rest of the pack apart from ATCO who fielded a stronger team in their B's than their A's, I believe that wont be happening this season, BT's taken over the main job.

I did just then ;) Did find this though LOL.

Oz might be like Tendulkar and have a fairytale farewell/testimonial season and wind back the clock 10yrs and tear teams apart :P

Fair enough, thought the dream call was abit much,

the INS from last year that will start in the A Grade are

-Danny Masefield
-Stephen Sewell

we are looking to play finals this year, no point being in it if you dont think you can compete.

Are you the posting police :D Knappy can bowl well but has a tendancy to bowl too many short ones, can be a bit predictable and lets too many stray onto the pads or down legside, he needs to bowl less "bad balls" to keep pressure on the batsmen and force errors.

Yeah when i faced him last year you could bank on getting anywhere between 1-3 short balls an over and his definatly not quick enough to be bowling short.

We have had abit of a chat to him about that and mentioned that we would almost be happy for him to be bowling low full tosses rather than the short ball, at least we can set a field to that. In his last 100 balls his bowled, you could count the short ones he has bowled on one hand. Next step will be to work on variances which is where Masefield will come in handy.

The problem stems from trying to bowl too quick.
