Pretty good value there Dutchy - you should get on him* seeing as though you rate him so much ;)

Not after seeing his disposal in the semi (apart from the goal)

Well, one bad game last week means he's due for a good one. All the more reason to put coin on him.

For what it is worth, I think James Gowans or Paul Thomas will win the Jack Oatey if the Dogs get up and Justin Cicolella or Mark Mackenzie if the Eagles win.

Apparently all the doggies players went in for the group hug after training with nail guns in thair hands and they simulatanoeiusly went off injuring the 21 players picked to play on Sunday. But the reserves are all fit and ready to go 8)
We used to be good :-(

Surely the SANFL can do better for the GF than some cover band!

If the rumours about O'Hara and Jenner are true, then that cut to the Central midfield is a big help to the Eagles.

Greiger for Lane is the only change I'd make.
Gus is one of my favourite players, but I don't think you can take some who has missed a couple of weeks with pneumonia into a GF - no way he can be fully GF match fit.
Thompson needs to start at CHF again - not that this will catch the Central coaching staff out, but I reckon our team looks better balanced with him there providing support for Grocke and Staple.

Good luck to Chad O'sullivan and Ben Greiger -whoever wins, there is going to be a feel-good story.

Tend to agree goraw. If we win, history will show 2-4 as being somewhat of a rivalry. 1-5 and 2006 becomes a "blip" in Centrals record, and the Eagles are remembered the same as every other team - not being able to consistently seriously challenge the Dogs.

With all of these unconfirmed injuries to players like O'Hara, Jenner , Platten and Duckworth that are growing in momentum post by post, it sounds like we need to get Agents Mulder and Scully on the case.
The truth is out there.

I just heard that the entire team spontaneously combusted. Anyone wanting a game on Sunday is asked to meet outside Gate 1 at 2pm. Bring your own guernsey.

I call first dibs on full forward - I was one of those 'plonk yourself in the goal square and don't move too much' type forwards. :D
