Embarrassing start to our new adventure in turf.

Come on the rain 8)

Looking at our deck last night I reckon we'll struggle to get it up this week with the rain we've had. If we do I can't see it being overly batsmen friendly.

I can understand that, I played a game of footy there this season the middle was pretty hammered.

Don't think they could roll it last week due to the rain we had and given what we had last night and the drizzle today the groundsman has his work cut out. Yes I remember that game of footy and the middle wasn't pretty.

Brahma Lodge CC is seeking a curator for this season.

It is fair to say our plans fell through so we now need someone to maintain the pitches

Not all that bad, the pitches are being prepared still, just need to lock someone in full time.

Kilburn is almost certain not to be ready, The aboriginal football carnival over the weekend has destroyed the square, the only hope was with good weather all week. Ah well likely have to sit back and wait for round 2.

Yes, No -retired, Yes and No coaching out at Northern Jets. We are lucky though to have picked up Matty Travis. Lethal and Colly will be sorely missed.

I think you will find this weeks game is more than likely going to be transferred to lj Lewis oval, if its not a wash out... the wicket and oval in general wasn't a pretty sight yesterday morning.

I see ex Unley player Paul Eckermann is now a HV player, very very good bowler and good bloke, big loss for us. I thought he was not playing this season? Also hear that McNally is back

With no Watto and Eckers it makes a bit of difference, hopefully some will improve, some will surprise and some will stand up. With the 17 new Indians signed and arriving in Oz, all with 1st class expierence, our c's and d's should be good..............!

As i had said our pitch wasn't prepared so was never gonna be there, LJ Lewis wasn't prepared either and the PA Enfield council have no other available pitches, waiting on Payneham to see if they have an available ground to move it to
