Will centrals lose or gain anyone. One thing in winning premierships you seem to lose at least 4 or 5 players who move on or finish up on a high.

Kenny and Quigley would be doubtful to play next year. Both Jacksons (Peter and Jaimie) will leave to play elsewhere but unlikely in the SGL. No retirements from any A-Graders at this stage and change of coach will mean some players will decide to stay instead of leave.

your newsagent seems to be pretty far spread, and you seem to be in the know about a lot of leagues and their movements but fail to name too many

Any names?
Is it true that Roxby players don't cost any points because the League is not affiliated with Community Football?

Big know it all bloody Andrew Demetrio wanabe at work says Roxby players would cost points if they came. They dont have the points thing so it doesnt matter up there if someone plays there.

The Hoare brothers could be talking to one of the Pirie clubs about leaving Crystal Brook in 2012 according to one of the guys at Serges crash repairs

WOW! thats big news   why would you worry about chatting to them i mean if they wanted to come you would have to have them i guess . But could either of them change a game or win a team a game? The answer is a big fat NO... They are only B graders at best in either the sgl or nafa.

I never put names to anything I'm unsure of.

I'd say having a couple of Hoares around a club would definitely add to the morale of the playing group.

Has anyone got any positive news in regards to player movements at the lions? Seems like the Club is in deep trouble with player stocks in 2012. Having seen them develop over the last couple of years into a very competitive side and then to fall away like they did in 2011 i would hope that something is going right at the club. You cant always place blame for poor performance on coaches. Players need to take responsibility as ultimately they are the guys on the park week in week out moving the club and the team forward.

If any Lions players are reading this they should all look at the bigger picture and work hard to pull themselves out of the hole that they find themselves in and when the rewards come they will enjoy it so much more. By jumping ship when it is going down you may find yourself bobbing up and down in the ocean of football wishing you had stayed on to help keep the ship a float.

Hopefully the new coach can work his but off to keep the talent at the club and turn the results back around in 2012.

Any news on Lion coach for 2012? Maybe Ray Hayes he is good at recruitment!
