Probably prefers bowling with a 4 piece.

Find me someone who recommends using a 2-piece ball on turf, Keswick would be irresponsible if they didn't make such a recommendation. All Keswick did was ask clubs to consider it, seems that was too much to ask for.

It's a disadvantage to the other teams. A lot of players have played hard wicket all their lives. Used 2-piece balls all their lives. Learnt to bowl with a 2-piece.

Will Keswick supply 4 piece balls for teams to train with so their players can get used to the difference in bowling with 2 piece to a 4 piece. Will Keswick supply turf nets for teams to practice so players can learn the nuances of a turf deck?

It will be up to the opposition team as to what ball both sides will use.

Keswick must use the same ball as what the visiting side wants to use.

Keswick will need to notify the visiting team's secretary, assoc secretary and umpires co-ordinator(if applicable) by 5pm Friday if they wish to transfer a game from Westminster to another oval. If this hasn't been done then play will go ahead at Westminster and if the ground/pitch is unfit for play then a one dayer will be played the following week or the game will deemed a draw, as per any other game that is called off due to inclement weather.

Morphy Pk - Even with there 2 star players not playing , Hey Moe ????
Coromandel - Cameron missing is going to hurt Shiedow.
Keswick- Think it will take Belair a few games to get the hang of section 1.
Ramblers- Unless Barn is playing section 1
Cove - Have heard that numbers haven't been that good, but to strong for Plympton.
WYC - Have more quality players than ANA.

Our 2 star players are playing you goose, it is just our captain & a softc%@k medium pace bowler who has worked his fat ass off all winter so he can have one more dig at section 1, now listening to his wife , and going to a wedding CEREMONY!! instead of being named in A grade & possibly as interim skipper, even when the bride & groom have given him their blessings???

Sounded at the Meeting last night as if Plympton and ICC may be struggling with there ovals and new wickets and oval maintenance being done. Could make for a lot of messing about with games changing venues.

the final won't be held at Hewitt Oval due to an agreement about no T20 matches there, so it will have to be played at Blackwood Hill Oval.
