To be honest he is not a great coach anyway.

Of course you don't want to lose someone who has been at the club for all 5 GF appearances, but he thinks he needs to go somewhere else to broaden his coaching ideas. Personally i think he should have went east but meh. Not to fussed, in fact it gives us a good chance to get some fresh blood in there.

I should have said IMO.

Look obviously is doing something right to be at a club for so long and i have a lot of respect for him but it is pretty well publicised that he is a few pretty large shortcomings which will prevent him from becoming a head coach. I just don't think he is that great. Nothing against him.
