When making up bets would be a good idea to actually look up the results beforehand.

Browny is often in the Gambling Room talking about his bets so I think he is telling the truth.

Interested to read in the Geelong Advertiser Chris Scott's opinion of Stevie J:

Meanwhile, coach Chris Scott said the real tactical genius at Geelong came from those out on the ground, rather than in the box.

While Scott has done his best to share the plaudits with his entire coaching staff this year, he said star forward Steve Johnson had been a strong contributor.

Scott said Johnson's thirst for tactical knowledge was immeasurable.

"We talked about the possibility (of getting forwards isolated in one-on-one battles) pre-game," Scott told Fox Sports' On The Couch.

"But Stevie in my view understands footy better than I do.

"He is just infatuated with the game.

"A lot of modern-day players don't watch a lot of footy, don't watch programs like this.

"He watches it all and if he misses it, he records it.

"So he had a big impact on that.

"When the opposition play it one-on-one in your forward half, you do have a few more options to manipulate them a bit."

Cats prove they have the mental edge on Collingwood.

In clashes between the two teams since Geelong's period of dominance, the Pies have lost eight out of the past 11 matches.
We can safely say they are now the Cats' whipping boys, which surprises me.
It's not about their ability, they have some of the best players in the league, including 11 All Australians and a Brownlow medallist.

Is it true that the goal umpire who paid the goal that hit the post from Wellingham was the same peanut who paid the goal to Hawkins that hit the post in the 09 GF?
If so how does this guy have a job still?
David Dixon did both GF's and it was his error on Saturday but not sure if it was his error in 09 aswell

I heard Bomber say something similar a while ago when asked who would make the best senior coach from the current playing list. I was suprised as he seems like a loose unit and a bit of a scatter. But the footage of him on saturday directing the FWDs where to stand/set up after the kicked a goal showed he was leading that FWD line for sure.

I thought similar to you in both of what Stevie J would probably be like and also how he directed the forward line on Saturday, it was really noticable at the game too.

To mix it up they made Matty Scarlett the mayor of Geelong today, he promised free parking, a new stand at Kardinia Park, a pay rise for the mayor and free drinks for a week at Ling's bar the Edge.
