I can't even remember the last time Luteria was suspended for any sort of indiscretion, but I'm going to go out on a limb and guess it would have to be more than 5 years ago. He's a great leader at Ports, extremely hard at the footy, and more than fair when unprovoked (attack one of his teammates at your own peril though!) - to compare him to what Wilson did is just crazy talk!! Imagine sending the news footage to the powers that be at the AFL, he'd be likely to get a much longer holiday than a slap on the wrist!! (Consider behind play, deliberate contact, high contact, grand final penalty loading etc). The SGL is setting a dangerous precedent by not hitting hard at the tribunal in my opinion, one day someone is going to get seriously hurt by some clown swinging fists because he's got away with it in the past too often.
Murph has been around for eons in this league and his illustrious record speaks for itself - I doubt Boston would have selected him in 6 grand finals if he was a diver for a start, and if you've seen him play he demands respect by the way he goes about it. Nuff said.
All that being said congratulations to Centrals on a hard fought win and 3 in a row. Simple case of being the better side and the cream rising to the top on the biggest stage. If they can hold on to a couple of their impressive youngsters and recruits I think they're going be a force for a while yet. Ports can hold their head high too they have an extremely young side who will be galvanised by the defeat and come back stronger and wiser next year.
Now, I'm off to read some gentlemen chatter in the noble sport of cricket's Pirie forum...!!!

yes be interesting to hear who bob boston coaches over there? Very strong rumour it will be either broughton or jamestown.
also very strong whispers that D.Mellow has the solomontown job, also have been made aware that solomontown have been in contact with several players around the region about joining the club and that came from one who has been approached. [u]im told several from lions are on the verge of signing and also a big forward from broughton.
