Are you a cat or dog person?
If one person does it, it's insanity. If millions do it, it's religion.

Dogs definitely.

Having said that, don't mind cats, though my mates cat still hates me for drop kicking it across their living room one night after it scratched me in the chest (bloody good aim that cat has) playing Wii one night about 3.5 years ago  , but prefer dogs.
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

Cats, they can think for themselves.

Grew up with cats and love 'em. Never had a pet dog, but love 'em.

Hard to choose one. I suppose I'll pick cats because at least they bury their turds.

Dogs look up to us.

Cats look down on us.

Budgies treat us as equals. I like budgies.

Forced to choose, because of no "Both" option, I went for Dogs, but I like both, and until my wife died we always had both.
For now I have no pets, but, when I'm over my frequent traveller days, I'll probably get a cat.
They are easier for a single bloke as they don't need the constant company of a "pack".
(I'd love to pick up a Cheetah actually - a "doggy" cat - but that's difficult here.)
