Good luck to him, think its a good thing for Sando to have the capacity to make an appropriate appointment to replace him.

Great move by Harty. Time for a change @ Adelaide and also time for him to get some experience @ another club, and where better than Collingwood.
Hopefully we see him back in our coaches box one day.
