If the Crows try to disrupt our finals campaign in the week before the Prelim I wish them the same luck they got (and deserved) when they took Gary Ayres off our hands.

PS Congrats to Sando, first ever ex Crows player to be appointed to the full time possy (not caretaker). Just missed out on the gig at the Cats this year and always seems like a genuine guy.

From a selfish Crows perspective that's great news

On Wedgie's point I'd feel the same if it was the other way around. I do wonder how big a deal it would be for these assistants to stay on until the season ends. Collingwood lose Neeld, Geelong look to lose Sanderson, what's really being achieved in terms of trade secrets going to the opposition that they don't already know?

Dunno, he applied for the Cats main gig when Bomber left but didn't get it, there was rumours he might have been Buckley's right hand man at Collingwood next year.
He started as our assistant in 2007 so we've done bloody well while he's been there.

Glad to see the club went and got an outsider for the senior coaching role.

Sanderson will bring the cultural change needed to bring success back to the club.
