At this stage people just have to pick the winners each week, at the end of the minor round the top 10 (or more if tied) will then playoff with the finals selections picking margins also to see who wins the great prizes.
Prizes at this stage:
$100 Gift Voucher for the First Bounce
$50 Gift Voucher for the First Bounce
$25 Gift Voucher for the Firsst Bounce

Each week there will be a new topic, if you need to enter a few weeks in advance feel free to start a new topic for a new round if it hasn't been started yet.
All picks have to be in before the start time of the first game each weekend, if you don't put your tips in or put them in late you'll get all away teams for that round.

People,

I have paid for and setup a website for us to login and post tips. The idea is that you will;

- Visit the site (NOT this one!)
- Sign up (PLEASE use your SAFooty Username)
- Log in
- Enter your tips for round ONE

And that's it.

Because the site caters for ANY competition, we have to enter the fixtures in. However, to get the competition running we don't need to put the whole year in so at the moment, it's just round one.

NOTE

We have set the star dates of the games to NEXT THURSDAY the 12TH OF APRIL. The reason for this is that we need to give you all time to REGISTER and PLACE YOUR TIPS. But, in the interest of fairness, please get your tips in ASAP and for those who have posted on here already, use those tips.

PLEASE NOTE

To enter the competition you need to have posted your tips on the thread on THIS forum. If your tips aren't on here by 7:30pm TONIGHT (Thursday) then you can't enter the competition on mysportstips.net

In thinking about it afterwards, we should have posted this after tonights game started but in my haste to get it all done, I jumped the gun.

Feel free to sign up for the site mentioned above but if we notice anyone signing up that has NOT put their tips on here first, then they will be set to ZERO for round one.

Ok I am slightly confused, do i have to put my tips in at mysportstips.net and in the SAFooty thread (i have already done this)?

If you do BOTH for round one, you can't go wrong.

This is obviously only for this week (putting them in both places)

To make it work, we've set the "game date/time" for the first round to next Thursday so technically it hasn't closed yet... and gives everyone a chance to sign up (using an honesty system).

Ahh, Im with ya now, good luck on getting everyone to join up and put the same tips in but I hope it works as it'll save me a hell of a lot of work!

I got my tips in today (Friday) and it accepted my late tip for Port from last night, which was what I'd tipped on the Safooty thread earlier in the week anyway, so I am glad there were no problems.
I guess that the tipping thread on Safooty will be used just for previewing games from now, eh?

Yup, we are using a trust system... since this new site was only up and running for us yesterday, I had to assume some trust with you all that you'd register and put in your same tips.

Mind you, we can see what you get (As can everyone) and check that on this site!

Only if you pick 4 losers. For Rd 1 you just put the picks you put on here and after this round tips on here will no longer be accepted.
