I'd give South a good chance against the Eagles next week ...

Well done South, took their opportunities where we didn't.

Roll on 2012

Its just a great day, sitting back enjoying a finals win,-something quite novel for us southies, but Im sure we can get used it!
But you know what is the most fascinating thing?, --bay fans, blaming their players ,current coach, past coach, umpires, the afl and their board for their inept finals record.

Oh what joy ! to watch another club eating itself from the inside out ,for a change...!!!!

Yes but they forget that they do that like all club's supporters yet deny it and in respect to North supporters quite happy to mention the Roost on the Snouts Forum and how bad we are when we lose etc.

Enjoy the win South well deserved and sit back an enjoy the carnage at the Bay like the rest of us!

South win get a Football enema next week against the Eagles. A mere hiccup in their finals campaign, although the Doggies will rule yet again !

Absolutely , South missed many easy goals and had a poor run by the umps.

Clearly Glenelg's lack of involvement in the Foxtel Cup has cost them dearly. Had they accepted the invitation, then they'd have had experience in cut-throat matches on Football Park prior to the finals.

<serious>

Congrats to all Southies. I hope that your mob can breathe some life into the finals and press as deeply into them as they can. Good luck!

Very nice change to see the shoe on the other foot for once !!!

I shall sit back and enjoy the moment :)

I signed the petition today ... no, not that one, the other one imploring the ABC to uphold their decision to scrap the coverage.

Go for it fellas! Unless its coming from a Centrals supporter it means sweet ****, because we're all in the same boat.

I wouldn't worry too much about todays result Bays supporters...just as long as your club makes a profit this season that's all that matters, right?

Hasn't been much said about the actual game today. There is no way in hell you can win a game with such deplorable skill errors. It just astounded me as to how many times we missed targets by foot coming out of defence - even at times with no pressure on us - disgraceful really. I hope we seriously look for a coach that can get our skills up to SANFL standard - cause today we were way off the mark. Its amazing how we actually made finals watching the way we played today.
I'm proud of you fellas. You all kept your head on a swivel, and that's what you gotta do when you find yourself in a vicious cock fight!

Great win today - been a long time since I've said that about being involved in Sept! The team seemed to take it all in their stride's at Presentations tonight. Recovery tomorrow, AAMI on Sunday. Thewlis out with an AC, and one would assume Sandery with a wayward elbow on Snook...
