North disposed of Sturt by 32 points. Amato showing his class at the lower level.

Under 18's are really even this year

I thought I saw Amato out there when I watched bits and pieces of the Under 18's today.

I thought you weren't able to drop down 2 grades from 1 week to the other? Amato played league last week for North didn't he?

Not complaining, just curious more than anything?

I hope the result is the same as the last 2 meetings between us, Norwood victories by over 90 points in both :)
Being a final id expect a much closer margin

I think this year for the 18's it is open slather, or at least pretty much that way. SANFL seem to be taking the view that it is better for these kids to get in front of scouts rather than sitting on their arses without a game to play. Jordan Murdoch went from League to Under 18's for the Bays as well.

I wonder if the SANFL would allow this Clarke chap from BMW to play under 18's even though he has only played one game in the reserves

Dont think that it is any co-incidence that Ports form has dipped since losing their coach

... or Glenelg's form, for that matter.

I s'pose if ;) Glenelg's league side falls over then Mass would drop back to the ressies (as Burge did in 2005) but the damage may have been done.

Well given BM (before Massie) we were 4-1-7 and since then we are 5-0-4, it is debatable if we are better but applying any reputable statistical test of significance you can't say we have "dipped in form" no matter what alpha level you set. ;)

A limit has been set for 2011 when applying this test of significance.

I was talking about the reserves performance you dill.
