Has Terlich been out of form? Thought he was a very good player from the small amount I've seen of him?

Tall forward line for Norwood. The Eagles have a pretty tall back line so should be ok. Grieger on Shenton, Day on Rowe, Thompson on Young and Tiller on Brown maybe? Giuffreda to stick to Pfeiffer like glue and Allmond to play a defensive role on McGuiness maybe?

Interesting match ups all over the ground.

He'll probably line up forward won't he? They have Brown (I'm assuming he's a resting ruckman) lined up in the FP. Either way - Tiller or McKenzie would probably match up on the 4th tall if Norwood go that way.

Yep, has been pretty ordinary unfortunately .. His best games have typically come against the Eagles (last season in the minor round) so that might be where you're rating him from mate.

Definitely should be an intriguing battle in terms of matchups, as I could hazard a guess at a few of our own also.

Terlich must be wellout of form then , as he always strikes us as a dangerous type ?

Like I said mate, against the Eagles have usually been his best games (bar a couple against non-finals teams who were out of form) .. The lad is capable of so much, but until he can address some of the fundamentals that are non-negotiable's, he'll remain a wasted talent.

Dear Mr Bassett and coaching panel
He wears number 57 for the opposition
He is most likely to line up loose on the half back line
My advice is play either Will Young or Tom Jonas as half forwards and just tag Number 57
NW didnt do this in the Minor Round and paid the penalty
But Im sure , this being a final, that the NW coaching panel will address this imminent problem

Dear Mr Bassett and coaching panel
WWT will prob tag Nathan Eagleton , a successful tactic used by some other clubs this season
My advice, line up Eagleton across half back and create congestion in the WWT forward line
That way if Eagleton is the half back, and keeps his opponent down to a few possessions, it will be a good tactic

Dear Mr Bassett and coaching panel
Hope we win

Not surprised , I mentioned him after the Centrals game. I don't watch Norwood every week but the times I have seen him he fails to impress .

Tall, skinny lad. Umpired at league level last year I think.

I actually think he is a pretty good umpire.

Agree with BP. I think he's definitely one of the better ones with a greater feel for the game. Been around the traps for a while but has only broken into league games in the last couple of seasons.

Good side for the Legs, good decisons made at the selection table. I'd drop Grigg from the squad, we're currently 2 over but I don't expect Bode to play.

I think some wise decisions have been made too.
Norwood look a better team with Young and Jonas in it. We need Doyle to dominant Parry early and then let Rowe have second digs.. KMac to stand up and Eags to show some experience. We also need Shenton to step up this finals series and kick goals with every chance he gets, he missed a lot of set shots last year, Dawe might be a handy partner in crime but again accuracy is the key. You get a chance to shoot from 30-40 metres straight in front set shot you have to nail them or the Eagles will make us pay BIG TIME......

Average selections for NW
Wheres the pace ?
Wheres the leg endurance?
Playing 4 ruckman in the one team AGAIN
Some players in this team are underdone and will most prob need this run
The Terlich axing is bewildering, at least he can run
This is Football Park, not a primary school ground
Im expecting another last quarter capitulation[unless NW has a breeze of sorts]

This years NW finals team is about 6 goals inferior the 2010 team
Having said all that, Bas has done a great job getting this slow cumbersome team into a 2nd spot Minor round finish

12-14 WOODVILLE WEST TORRENS
7-11 DEADLEGS
