Very different from what I've heard anzac. I've heard they'll be together, but not at mannum.

my info about the coaches wasn't from anyone at the club but from someone involved with the rmfl so it could quite easily be incorrect, as for quinny i wouldn't be suprised if omalley and woody follow him to wherever he goes.

yeah and add in boughen who is a definite non player for next year and the possible loss of ben quinn and woodward thats a massive amount of experience and skill gone. unless the new coach whoever that may be brings in some quality its going to be a tough year for the roo boys.

If Quinn gets the Karoonda job there's a few Karoonda boys currently at Mannum- O'Malley, Smithson, Rudiger, Boughen, Thiele (x2?), that may make a return to their home club with him. Plus blokes like Maloney & Harte who have been linked to Karoonda before.

If they lose this many guys, with no depth in reserves apart from older guys they will really struggle in 2012 and if they do make top 4 they will be pushing it with point system like Tailem this season.

Gerardis would be no certainty anyway has been at 5 clubs in 5 years. Maybe even 6 clubs in 6 years. Doesnt like to stay in the one place for to long and will go to who ever will pay him the most.

yeah he has not spent two seasons at the one club in a long time, and to be honest he's a bloody selfish player, would rather not see him around

if he respects the club like you say,why is he saying 4-6 players from mannum will come with him,not very smart if your wishing to coach mannum further on down the track(why not apply for the mannum job that you say he dearly loves)maybe the club should do what the afl are doing giving young guys the coaching gigs with maybe a peter milson looking after him for a year or so

Gf tomorrow you footy heads. A freaking sea of blue heading to Meningie. Easy for other clubs to sit back and sook about the advantages they and the chooks have, fact of the matter is that clubs just have to find a way to compete. Work harder and smarter. Blues do some handy things with their kids. Only those blokes from Adelaide Road would be cheering for Imperials to take out all four but they are a serious chance of doing that. Waite is a freak.
All the best to Big Steve S and his boys. You deserve to have a decent crack.
