Yesterday I drove around looking for a car park in town
I needed to spend about 2 hours in town
Street parks were mainly 15 mins or 30 mins
I saw a sign saying
Car Parking from $3
I drove to the carpark and then read a sign at the premises
Car Parking $3 per 20 minutes

Another frustrating day in town

They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

some carparks here are very reasonable however there is one on north tce on a sunday that try and charge $15 perhour or something ridiculous

Sounds similiar to the one on Gawler Place opposite my work. A rort. We may be cheaper than other states, but that doesn't make it right.

I like the attitude that rather than improving Public Transport to make it more appealing we should just F*CK up the car parking situation to make it less appealing... :roll:

meanwhile, somethjing about that article that may have slipped through to the keeper, the person who's idea it is to significantly raise the carpark fees, has full use of a government car, and a reserved parking space in the basement of a government building...... i reckon he should start by leading by example, give up the car and catch public transport yourself!

The overuse of the word "elite" at the moment. Ie In an AFL context... "HIs skills are ELITE"
