Ours was pretty tame. All we did was sit around at The Valley Inn, drink heaps of beer and laugh about the North Haven blokes that ripped off their guernseys, hugged and celebrated and told us "better luck next year" in the 2nd Semi Final...

Woops, NH forgot that you actually have to PLAY and WIN the Grand Final first.

I guess their "Messiah" of a coach wasn't quite up to it!!

Neither did any of us sitting by the coaches box watching the game. Even though HV played fantastic footy and were convincing winners, some of the players that were picked on the bench that shouldn't of played, better players were left out unfortunately.

Mate i'm not sure what your problem is with me or our club this year but you're beginning to sound like an angry/grumpy father...has one of our lads perhaps ran into your daughter on one of these 'infamous' friday nights? Worry about your own backyard sunshine, that is if in fact you still have one or did u get the chop again?

But was it a 15 goal 'rockin'. Probably had too many players that were a bit like Saturday,wearing skirts and just had to turn up to be a winner.

You're not mates with Maybe by any chance are u More than likely another one who has just been sitting back waiting for us to stuff up all year so you can pop up with a stupid comment like above. Get a life lads don't you have better things to do than take pots shots at a club in Div 7 trying to better themselves at any chance you get? If you actually knew anything about me or the footy club I may take you seriously but for now you just sound like bitter old men

BTW, How do you determine the difference between bitter 'old men' and bitter 'young men'? I know, you lose a GF!

Seagull, with all the spare time you have on your hands now, you would think you would spend it in a more constructive way than trying your best too drag down a Div 7 club who is trying its best to move up the grades.
I don't recall reading much of your positive writing when Mawson lakes were winning during the season?
I can now understand y you don't spend much time at your Div 1 club anymore, as with your negative attitude, who would want you around anyway?
Maybe you should spend more time going thru next seasons sportswear catalogs?
