On current form, you would think an Eagles victory.

Eagles by six goals, I think they will then beat Central the week after.

Should be a great game.... I am hoping a Norwood victory but this could go either way. Norwood are taking some terrible form into the finals and I am concerned this may carry. This is the finals though from now on and the season starts again...
Norwood by 14 but expect anything from Norwood, one week playing like a well oiled machine the next week like a rusty datsun.

I agree with whufc on that one. Far too early to be thinking about week 2 just yet. We still have to win this week.

I'm a Norwood supporter who tipped the Eagles to win next week and week after :? What are you on about?

Think the form of the Eagles is pretty red hot and its hard to see Norwood getting over them, yet finals footy is a very different game to the minor round, - imagine if South under Ron Fuller meet the Eagles in the G/F ??? :D

That would be even worse for us considering our win over Port today helped you make the finals. You certainly have the wood on the Bays this season and you've already proved you can beat Norwood as well but any match up of the 2 of us in a GF is a long way away.

Just the small matter of the best team in recent SANFL history that stands in the way of that happening. ;)

If I was a Norwood fan (heaven forbid) I would not be very confident going into next weeks game on the back of two losses, against an in-form Eagles side.

eagles in much better form & i expect them to win easily & i actually think whoever wins the 50/50 elimination final contest will beat norwood who are clearly out of form in the first semi next week
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

But that may be Glenelg? It is the finals now after all.

Great that everyone is writing Norwood off, reckon the coach may have a thing or two up his sleeve. Godden will probably just get his team to run down the clock a minute into the second half again. :D

Happy that the pressure is on the Eagles, everyone has written us off and the Eagles will start as firm favourites. I have no doubt Bass has a few tricks up his sleeve and you will see a differant Norwood this week. Will give it a real good crack.
By the sounds of most of the posters on here we might as well not rock up and the result is already a given
