My solution is to give them a job and integrate them into a purposeful life. :D

I believe the youth of today has not enough employment. :D

It was my brothers best friend that was involved in the car jacking last week, it was very violent and very threatening. Think its not just the crimes they are doing but also the way they go about terrorising the victims.
