Can I ask if the reason you went was the novelty factor of a game at Adelaide Oval, or was it the fact you would rather watch footy at Adelaide over AAMI and could see yourself going to more AFL there in the future ?
Both reasons for me TC - I love footy at Adelaide Oval for the atmosphere and the convenience. As a neutral I'll certainly attend more games there than at Footy Park.

Didn't buy any food there, but there was a little bar in a white tent just under the big screen, about 10 metres to the west of the scoreboard. The longest wait I had for a beer was about 30 seconds. Sounds like not many people knew what it was. And the dunny up the top of the stairs behind the scoreboard no wait all day. Awesome day.

I was on the city side of the scoreboard where there was a beer tent and food tent. I did not line up for a beer once, not once, and I went there a few times. ;)

Walked right up each time money in hand grabbed one out the tray and walked away. Beautiful.

Same with grub for the lad and going for a leak in the above mentioned trays. I had no problem with catering at all.
PAFC. Forever.

Beer facilities were good. I too used that tent but food catering was poor. Balfours van behind the scoreboard had no hot food at half time. Someone forgot to call out for more. The only other food outlet nearby had a lineup of about 100. Not sure of rest of ground though, just talking behind the scoreboard.
