Yes I heard it from a source very close to the NAFC a month or so ago

Is he still at north or delisted? If he is still at the club, is he playing league?

Pretty sure he has been languishing in the reserves.

A few rumours floating around Ben Nason will be delisted by Richmond, you could presume he may end up back at Centrals if that is the case.

Also possible links with a trade to either the Crows or Power (which would see him back at Central anyway of course)

Heard some talk about Brad Symes being close to ending his run at Adelaide too, but the skinny draft might save him.

Honestly, he's better than nothing. Proven goal kicker but has been out of it and is older. It's not like we have a young gun coming up that can step in at FF. We have Fraser Evans who I hope will hold down a mobile CHF role in 2012. We need another tall target and if nothing better can be found, then I'll take him.

A forward set up of Duldig, McIntyre and Warren with Fraser Evans would be handy. Warren leading, digger staying home and Macca roving....and Evans leading up the ground.

Some might say it's too much and maybe it is on smaller grounds but having the options would be good. Im not sure if duldig will go around again and I'm not sure if the club have him in their plans for 2012.

Interesting off season coming up.

He badly injured his knee / leg at training around 10 weeks or so ago and was on cruthces for the first six 6 weeks after it occured but coming to the end of the season he hasn't been able to get it fully right for a return in the past 2 weeks so has now been ruled out for the remainder of the season. According to the Football Manager on Saturday night he is a required player. The coach also reognises that Macca has had to carry some big loads in the past few years due to lack of key defendes and injuries and if not for injury this year was earmarked to come back to play the running back role and man up on the third tall fwd rather than having to do what he had done in the past and battle against bigger key fwds.

This has also been an issue for the likes of Gallman and Ivens and Keller over the last few years and hence why Alleway is playing down back along with the recruiting of Miles to try and not having the likes of Macca playing on bigger fwds. Still he hasn't been our worst performer over the years and I really rate him and hope he does stay as suggested.

North do need to find another big bodied key defender (another Todd Miles would be great) but that is easier said than done.
Piss weak SANFL and the CLOWNS who run it.

Wouldn't it be cute if Sturt's forward line featured both Dugga and Dogga?
