Palmer wants out

Just heard Rhys Palmer has told freo he wants out for better opportunities.

Freo have said he hasnt signed with gws yet as has been widely speculated and they will chat with two different sides that are interested in him, one of those being gws.

After great debut season he doesn't seem to be in Harvey's plans and for mine he seems to lack awareness.

He'll probably end up with the GWS. I think he finds the ball well enough its just his kicking and awareness are so bad that I'm not even sure Sheedy will be able to help him. How knows maybe he just needs a change??? :?

Word is that Harvey never forgave him for that, even though he knew it was an accident, he just couldn't get over it. Season was gone when that happened.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

I agree with one comment from Rhys that he wanted to get away from the fishbowl being in WA,where obviously the media and publics attention is too full on,be just the same as living in SA.

From having lived there myself, I reckon it's even worse over there than what it is here. Maybe it's because Perth is so much bigger than Adelaide now?
