"Install confidence"? Are you saying it has to be built in?
I think you meant instill.

Mate, the whole sentence indicates someone who has little understanding of the English language.

As for the logic - the idea that a team in the top 3 needs to either install or instill confidence is laughable

Nice, coming from a supporter of the most recent team to have been found guilty of exceeding the salary cap! ;)

The Doggies are slight favourites for this game:

CENTRALS $1.70
NORWOOD $2.15

should be even money. Also, when will the rain start? This will also affect the outcome, if it's wet during the game, the lack of talls for Us could help Us.

Reading all the media.....

Centrals appear to be in trouble regarding injuries.

That i don't believe.

Watch out for the wounded bulldog. ;)

If the legs win here, they will win the premiership in 2011.

If they win, get your sportsbets in immediately :D
Smile :)

It's only Money $$$ :)

What is happening to our SANFL guys...

Wrong, for Us to believe that The Legs have a chance to win the flag, they not only must beat Us, they must SMASH Us! We will have both Gowans, Havelberg, Williams, Hayes etc., back for the finals, so they better be ready.

.. and, of course, Callinan. Although little, I do hear that a number of Norwood players don't want to be anywhere near Wingnut's body on the field! ;)

Although there is a risk in it as I would not want to underestimate the Eagles, it may be in Central's best interest to not beat Norwood this week. Playing in the Qualifying Final would allow the team an extra match for the nine players who are out this week to gain more match fitness. As said earlier, I know there is a risk, but we would have to beat the Eagles at some stage during the finals to win the premiership anyway. If we don't, we are just not good enough to win the flag this year.
Cheers

If Norwood were to beat the dogs at Elizabeth, this is the time to do it. But there's a reason the Dogs don't lose at Elizabeth too often. I still expect us to have more winning midfielders and so long as those in the forward line play their roles we should be able ot kick enough goals. Just a question of whether guys like Templeton and Hynes (if they play there) stand up in a couple of fairly key roles. Jenner, Goodrem and a few others can play as leading full forwards, who knows maybe it takes McGuiness away from his preferred role.

Most important is Pumpa stands up in the ruck against Doyle. Our midfield still looks the gun midfield in the comp to me, but if Norwood even break even there it'll become much tougher. If we get the win then we don't have to worry about what happens in the next 2 weeks, we can simply concentrate on getting our guys fit and firing for the second semi.

A premiership is won by a strong defence. Our defence is very good.
