I have played at PH in the past & still support when i can.. yes were going down & may struggle to keep some players, but that also happens & it'll be tough just hope we dont go any further down

well i thought the same about Mitcham last year, the year before that & in 2004 i think it was when they had lost 1 game for the year & got belted in 2nd semi & GF. so you make of it what you think

I was referring to you saying you weren't from Para Hills earlier in the week and now saying you are.

No problem, as shown in your post you said just because you comment on PH doesn't mean you are from there, yet today you are saying you go there and played there. I have no prejudice for any club, I've met some great people from many clubs, Para hills included.
As for your question, yes, I'm a life member there however I only watched half a game there this season, I go there pretty often though.

Nice quoting, I had other commitments. I've ran the cricket there for over ten years, captain/ coached at 18, coaching 3 sides this forthcoming season, I coached a junior footy side there this season along with 6 years of coaching other sides, I've umpired their B's for a few years, was chairman of the club before I was 30 and played over 300 games. No need to make up my mind sunshine, you just troddle off and offer some support to your club that needs some die-hard supporters at the moment to resolve your internal politics.

So whats everyones thoughts on this weeks game Between Flinders and Smosh, i think the fact that it is played at flinders will help there cause as they have only lost once on there home deck this year. I think the Game really does hinge on the battle between Charlie Rae & Ross Christie, big call i know but when in Full flight Rae is the most damaging player in Div 3, hope use beat the living suitcase out of eachother ;)

have not played on eachother all year. Visser and Ohara have tore us ones both times. Christie dominated first game. Will come down to who wins the midfield. if our ruckman can break even against Ohara i can see us winning. 3 to 4 games back from injury for 4 players will help as well
We're in hell right now gentlemen. Believe me. And we can stay here, get the shit kicked out of us, or we can fight our way back into the light. We can climb outta hell... one inch at a time.

We as a club don't agree with everything that is posted on here by people affiliated with the Para Hills Football Club.
However, everyone is entitled to there opinion good or bad.
I just hope these guys realise that voicing there concerns on a forum doesn't look good for them or the club.
And most certainly doesn't resolve the issues that they have brought up.

I think Flinders have the advantage in the ruck and that will give there midfielders first advantage and that will be the deciding factor. FP by 3 goals

Exactly, you've had recent success and you're a proud club, I'm sure you'll pull through and come out stronger. Telling the world solves nothing, telling those within your club achieves a hell of a lot more.

Who for Flinders has got the job on Rae in the Past, thought he may have been a touch to tall for Keatley?

Heard that The Hamley Bridge boys have pulled the pin. Question is whether Portland are going to open the cheque book to get them all.

He missed first time, but i think it was Keatley for memory. AS schimma said twice we've played them Visser/Ohara were pretty good both times. Sounds of things will be a massive crowd - looking forward to it. Should be a cracking game of footy with plenty at stake.

Mate they can run out games of footy! We saw that first hand last week we put pressure by running and taking the game on and they withheld that. FWIW draw at full time

Plenty of players in last weeks Flinders Pk v Portland pulled up very sore from the very hard deck at Flinders Pk.
What will be interesting is how Flinders Pk players are pulling up after training on this oval throughout the week aswell as playing on it the previous 2 games.
With rain in sight saturday i think the ground will still be hard as a rock, surely they'd be puting plenty of water on it but it could well & truly favour SMOSH.
I know SMOSH havn't beaten them this year but this is their big chance.
Should be another cracker game, good luck both teams.

Had their best year financially this millenium, had a fair clean-out, got a sensational new committee and will be back to two sides again next season, have a look in this week's sportsbeat for a bit of insight, thanks for asking.
