Ours hasn't been updated in almost a month, they're currently revamping the official website for more improvements.
Would have signed up a few today at our season launch/family fun day and I understand South had one today as well, a great turn out and the kids had a ball!

North - 1,856. At April 7 last year they were at 1,902. If you factor in that this year's season starts a week later I think you'll find North being ahead of last year by a little bit. They posted 2,664 last year, maybe 2,700-2,800 is on the cards this year (provided their finals campaign doesn't end a week early... again).

I'd say the above figure would be correct. I have wondered for a few years how Norwood allways gets a much larger membership sign up compared to the Bays, both have had similar "success" and probably a similar number of fans. Without looking, I think the Bays had more people at their games last year then Norwood.

Glenelg's 10 'home' games drew 31,098, Norwood 33,254. so about evens. Norwood benefits from night footy crowds at the beginning of each season.

I say it every few months but I'll say it again, be careful when comparing membership numbers as some clubs include their life members where others don't (North don't for eg).

Yeah, I had to giggle when I read that little pearl!

Norwood's 27 odd flags compared to the Bays 4 (or is it three?)............

With that being said, Norwood won most of their premierships in the early to mid 1900's and one of the modern day triumphs was handed to them on a silver platter by Des Foster :butthead:

Makes for a good laugh now between the sets of fans, but I can imagine the devastation it would (and still could) cause

According to Doug Robertson,South has had a 25% rise in members this year to around 1400. Good for them if it is true.

I have not seen any figures for Norwood or West this season.
