first batch underway

trialling 2 different methods to see which works best and easiest and gets the good results

should be at optimum taste for x-mas day, fully loaded with 6 cartons!!

will probably drink some before then but will also try and get another batch done when i bottle the current lot - got enough bottles for 9 cartons or 3 batches and that is almost a years supply of booze for me!

starting off with the coopers european lager, but am looking at getting guiness, kilkenny, grolsch, heineken and stella style beers in the future. the guy at brewcraft at reynella is really helpful.

Playing the Getaway pinball for most of the afternoon for a $2 outlay AND winning 2 cartons of Coopers Pale in a raffle while I was playing. One carton stays at the pub for me to drink there, the other carton came home with me and some "lucky" punter would've found the 29 free games I left on the pinball by now.
