Typical superhero action flick.

Don't have to be a F1 fan to enjoy...

Watched Senna movie last night.. Very impressive. I'm a huge F1 fan, but agree that even non F1 fans would find this worthy of viewing.

Saw Red Dog last night. A little cheesy, but very entertaining.

My wife was wiping away a few tears by the end.

Normally not my cup of tea.

But I figure since it's doing so well at the box office, I've gotta see what the fuss is about.

Heard some people blow-up about the "corn" and "cheese" factor.

To me, that's kinda like blowing up at a western for having cowboys and injuns in it.

Any event, it's a welcome change to see an Australian film connect with local audiences...

Saw Cowboys and Aliens last night. Thought it was rather good; much better than the simple cheesy-gore suggested by the title.

Caught the Easy Riders, Raging Bulls repeat on ABC2 last night.

Skims over the true "golden age" of American cinema: 1968-1980.

Peter Biskind's book, which the doco is based on, is a great read...

Had it been Hustler or a similar "art magazine" of that calibre then I'm sure you would have parted with the cover price. ;)
