So my daughter saved her biscuits for an ipod, went to JB as they are close and the price was OK. Went to the stand where the ipods where and saw 2 JB female staff standing 3 metres away.

1 was on her phone ******* around the other laughing at her. The uglier of the one pointed in my direction, whilst the other "service" staff did the shrug gesture and turned her back to us!

I went over and asked for some help and they gave me the dirty look and reluctantly stopped their play time and helped.

Bloody trollops. If my daughter wasn't there I would've given them a serve and told them to shove my business up their well used arse. My daughter would've been devastated if I walked out without her ipod as she had the money etc ready.

Mr JB you've ****** me off and I won't be there in your shitty store nor getting served by those 2 moles again

Is it company policy to only hire mis-shapen deviants, covered head to toe in rainbow coloured ink, and with the most ludicrous piercings through the most obscure body parts?

As for inattentivity, I don't think any company could beat Harvey Norman. Once spent 15 minutes looking forlorn in one of their outlets - alright, it was at Marion - while the floor staff dawdled about in their own worlds with no other customers in the store. Left without speaking to a soul, and bought the computer hardware I needed elsewhere - significantly cheaper wrt their advertised prices.

As for inattentivity, I don't think any company could beat Harvey Norman. Once spent 15 minutes looking forlorn in one of their outlets - alright, it was at Marion - while the floor staff dawdled about in their own worlds with no other customers in the store. Left without speaking to a soul, and bought the computer hardware I needed elsewhere - significantly cheaper wrt their advertised prices.

Had a similar experience with Harvey Norman, was looking to buy a TV and wandered around the store for about 15-20 mins with not one of the staff coming within a 20m radius, ended up going to the good guys and spending my money there and got it cheaper aswell.

The only JB I've been into was at Marion.
They were busy and seemed a bit short staffed but the two staff members I dealt with were quite helpful.
Havey Norman, I've only been to Mt Barker, where the staff seem to be good, and TGG at Mile End seems OK.

I did walk out of Officeworks at Keswick after 35 minutes one Sunday.
I called in while passing two days later and the price of the goods had gone up $90, but when I told them about the Sunday experience they sold it to me at the discounted price.
