Geez FS you want to play Grade Cricket but not travel south of Anzac Highway, maybe regional 20/20 cricket in ATCA would be more suitable.

Maybe the Stingrays have upgraded there facilities and have purchased a shelter for you this year:)

I just dont like beinge close to your joint TH.... Seabreeze makes me uneasy as well!

Hopefully washed out day one ;)

Worst place to play when 40 degrees!

I also have it good authority that 8 & 9 October will not be 40 degrees. More like less than 20, take three jumpers FS.

Hoping so because it clashes with the SANFL Grand Final. I have a dilemma if it does go ahead - do the right thing and help out West Torrens, or do what my heart would say and see Central in the GF (hopefully!)

Cheers

I disagree that leaving no stone unturned is a positive approach - it's not a great look if you are a junior/young senior coming up in a club that is actively recruiting to replace you. I'm a big believer in having some credibility as a club and this move shoots it in the foot.

You're Obviously not from Woodville then SMAC!

I have definitely not had my fill of Central GF's - I hope they play in many more! :D
However, I am pretty sure I will be scoring for the Eags on SANFL Grand Final day no matter what.

bit average starting with a one dayer on the public holiday monday, no chance for blokes who play footy and cricket to have a break

Disgraceful. Clearly having no regard for blokes with families! For shame!

Those trying to win a state spot or contract probably want to play. Probably got to cater for those blokes rather than worrying about family holidays and interrupting picnics that have been planned.

Crap comment tony. if you don't cater to older reliable A grade players, then the 'state boys' play their grade cricket against average (but keen) young wannabes that only serve to boost the 'big boys' egos. Does this scenario ring a bell?
