There'd be a lot of Norwood supporters sweating on Ian Callinan playing this week and qualifying for the finals...

Norwood no certainties to get to the Granny .. Think you'd find any opponent aiming for the big one would be watching the Callinan situation with interest because he's obviously such a great player.

At the end of the day whoever plays the Dogs Im sure will only worry about what is within their control.

Not me.
Whatever will be, will be. Too many other quality players to worry about.
We may not even meet in the finals, a lot of water to pass under the bridge yet

Qualifying for finals is one thing - getting permission to play is another..
Players win touches, Teams win matches, Clubs win Premierships.

This is so true, and with Callinans injury problems all year i cant see the crows allowing him to play.
The person i think may be the X factor if the crows allow him to play is Jack Gunstan, he is starting to play some great footy for the crows.

As for this game, i think it may go down to the wire. I'll say dogs by 15 pts.

Usually it seems to be a decision between the player and the AFL side as to whether they play SANFL finals. I'm sure Callinan would be keen to run around and so long as the hammy is ok I doubt the Crows would stand in his way.

That being said, goalkicking midfielders are one of our strong points so we'd cope without him. But no doubt Callinan running around would add something.

That looks a 5 goal better side than last week. I was quite impressed though by what I saw of Waldhuter last week.

Yeah, not sure what the go is with Waldhuter robranisgod, I assume he has been dropped (haven't seen the reserves) but he would consider himself a little unlucky if that was the case.

He kicked 2 goals and provided a bit of run from half back and through the midfield, I guess with a few players coming back in, the depth is starting to come back through at the Doggies.

Would like to think Waldhutter is injured because he has been very good in his first few league games.

Will be disappointed if dropped.

Likwise
I reckon the goal he kicked to the Northern end was a cracker. Good hands and moves well.

Well, you'll be disappointed whufc, he has been dropped to the reserves, no James Gowans and still no Flanigan, Duncan or Haydon either listed in the magoos.

CENTRAL'S RESERVES:

Ryan Bottin-Noonan, Matthew Claughton, Sam Colquhoun, Adam Cullen, Caleb Edmead, Ashley Fry, Dallas Hill, Damian Hynes, Paul Marschall, Cameron Milne, Charlie Molyneux, Chris Musolino, Matthew Prior, Matthew Prowse, Steve Rusca, Travis Schiller, Jake Snowden, Josh Vater, Josh Waldhuter, Nick White & Josh Wittwer.

* Congratulations to Reserves Coach Jeff Brown on the birth of his Daughter this week.

Onya Mr & Mrs Browny !!!

dropped due to exhaustion, due to Amy "celebrating" His 2 goals & great form to excess during the week! You could say He's a bit shagged.
