I have to say though, that Thiele and statsman (whoever he is) are fine judges of football skill.

It's a strong bench, mate, although Bonney and Anderson let it down a bit.

Will be a real slog on Friday night now I reckon. Was at training tonight and the ground looked very soft underfoot and with a bit more rain predicted tomorrow and the ressies on before the league we could see the oval chopped up a fair bit.
Still think we will win but the margin might come in a bit

This will be the second game back for a few West regular players, so I'd be hoping for a much improved performance.

It will obviousl be tough, but West's early form with these players in form was good, so I'm looking forward to a good game.

At this stage I reckon Reinbrecht offers more than Allen. If Rodan comes in as well as Campbell Dylan might struggle to get a game though.

Listening to alot of coaches and support staff of AFL clubs and they generally say the second run up infact is actually the hardest as the body pulls up* alot sorer from the first game than in normal circumstances.

If West Adelaide play that defensive crap game they did last time with no forward line we are in for a long night of crap football.
Why turn up for a game and not try to win it ...or at least score ? That style of game does nothing for the WAFC or football in general.
Time for a new coach I think because that style of football have failed for how long now 3 years ?

Young Dylan Reinbrecht has had a good debut season at League level and would be feeling a little unlucky at being dropped but with Campbell coming back in and Dylan having one of his quiter games in his last outing, he seems the logical choice to go out. Showing that the Redlegs have some good depth.

Good luck to young Tom Jonas in his AFL debut, I always enjoy watching the way he goes about it.
