I think people might under estimate Dalgleish's managerial abilities, Liverpool will be an excellent side this year, watch out for carroll to take the league by storm

Aquilani has some ability and could be a big improver .. Needs to positively answer the question marks over his capabilities in the EPL and staying healthy.

I reckon you might be right there, King kenny will get the best out of all his chargers, be great to see to Scottish managers have there sides top 2, stick it up those clubs spending big on managers from overseas. I dont support liverpool but i reckon they will be right up there this year.

I wish I shared your optimism mate .. I dont think we'll stink it up as much as we did at any stage last year, but I still think we're a fair way off the Top 3 if not top 4 or 5 (hope I'm wrong about that though)

No Stevie G, no Liverpool. They will struggle until the great man returns

would think city as he could get a ridiculos amount of money there so IMO city will get him.

funny tho that in the papers in QLD they are tipping Man City as premiership favs followed by United, Then Arsenal.

Cesc Fabregas Arsenal to Barcelona $50-55 Million

Big blow for the gunners, will Nasri follow suit and head to Man City, Wenger must be striking pink right now.

he wouldnt be at the money side of it, but i reckon he will be with losing a world class player and your captain at that. they will struggle more so if nasri goes, they are the feeding ground for other clubs once a player becomes good.

we will struggle without both of them, and yes it does seem we are a breeding ground for world class players that leave in their prime.

But every team has this - Xabi Alonso, LFC struggled and still do with out him
C Ronaldo - yes Man Utd do miss him but have replaced him etc etc

you are right there. Man u really do miss ronaldo's finishing and flare from the middle. they have still done well without him, but arnt the same really. Will wenger spend his money on decent players or invest it into more youth, will he learn from his mistakes. he has to get away from just buying from the french league, surely there are half decent blokes running round in spain, italy or even the premier league they could pick up.
