I got on the montagna train last year. Only beat him by 2 votes fro memory and barlow was robbed off a couple BOGs aswell. I reckon we got lucky in the end

Other bets I like

Black to win Brisbane votes at $1.77 - Redden is second, has had a good year but I am not sure he will get the notice of the umpires. Black is a proven vote getter in the past.

Scott Thompson to win crows votes at $1.42, its short but it's a lock.

Goodes to win Swans votes at $1.85, Jude Bolton has been better in the games I have seen but isn't a vote getter and Goodes is probably to best vote getter in the game, who else gets 14 possesions and gets 3 votes..

Lets all pray the TAB let us multi these this year.

Didn't last year. Bet they won't this year as well. I had my single biggest bet on the Brownlow last year with $500 on Leigh Montagna to poll more than Michael Barlow @ $1.80. Free money.

As always, is may seem like I am picking many favourites (which is true), however for the most part in the Brownlow, many of the favourites always get up. The trick is finding the 1-2 that are the value..

Yeah, its about finding the false favourites that the punters can't resist.

I think Bartel is good value for Geelong, even Kelly, didn't Selwood miss four games through suspension?

Yes, and earlier in the year was subbed off in Q1 due to concussion rule and didn't play the following week.

Has virtually missed six games.

Daisy Thomas must be a chance for most votes from Collingwood... or does the club votes not include suspended players either??

Squids is quoting the prices for this year, my quote was from last year. Not sure where he's digging them up from, wouldn't mind a look myself.

Centrebet

Yeah I heard the TAB used to get smashed on Brownlow multis thats why the stopped them. I remember making a fair but using Mitch Clark as top ruckman minus Cox, was an anchor for most of my multis and it was like $4.

Thomas is $12 for most Pies votes.

Acknowledging completely that Cox has a poor polling history - no more than 12 votes in a season - it's hard to see how the umpires can ignore some of his numbers, particularly in wins:

Rnd 1, Nth Melb - 29 disp, 8 marks, 29 hitouts, 2 goals
Rnd 2, Port - 21 disp, 5 marks, 34 hitouts, 4 tackles
Rnd 3, Syd (Loss) - 20 disp, 5 marks, 38 hitouts, 2 goals
Rnd 6, Melb - 23 disp, 12 marks, 20 hitouts
Rnd 9, WB - 23 disp, 5 marks, 33 hitouts, 2 goals
Rnd 11, GC - 26 disp, 9 marks, 28 hitouts, 4 tackles, 2 goals
Rnd 17, St Kilda (Loss)- 22 disp, 7 marks, 36 hitouts, 1 goal
Rnd 18, Frem - 22 disp, 6 marks, 42 hitouts, 5 tackles, 1 goal
Rnd 19, WB - 27 disp, 13 marks, 37 hitouts, 1 goal

Could reasonably be expected to have a big game this week against Richmond also. WC finish their season with Richmond, Melbourne, Essendon, Brisbane and Adelaide.

Carlton (Judd, Murphy) play Melbourne, Fremantle, Hawthorn, bye, St Kilda

Is it confirmed we can't do multis anywhere in SA this year? Including over the net?

I'd personally just ignore WCE all together. A $5+ Cox might be value, but on previous polling history $2-$2.5 is far from value imo.

Another 3 votes to Judd on the weekend and unlikely votes for Pendlebury means it could be close to all over.
