Yep, if the umpires just did their jobs, it would make Eagleton's task one helluva lot easier. Anyone can apply a hard tag if they are allowed to hold on all day. It has been a freaking joke all season.

Yep, none of those Angels from Norwood ever holds on.
Face it, that's what the umpires are for, if they see it they pay a Free. It's a lottery.

NW were excellent in the 2nd and 3rd qtrs, but ordinary in the last qtr when PA outclassed them
Umpiring style was a delight to watch, none of THAT holding the ball crapp the AFL have
PA had the best of the umpiring no doubt
Good tactics by PA to tag Eagleton,
but they forgot about Zorzi, Pfeiffer, Dawe, Terlich, Suckling ...

The problem is Port supporters have had generations of being favoured by the umps and feel robbed if any decisions go the other way.
The only time Ken Cunningham ever gave frees against Port was when they played West Adelaide...

aint that the truth. most biased one sided umpiring i have ever seen that day.it starts at the end of the first quarter. disgusting display for a final. cost norwood a flag.
what about round 1 this year williams tried his best again. port 29 frees norwood 13.

Do you mean his behaviour on field is extreme overcompensation for that?NO-MERCY wrote: ..Do you know he's a Norwood supporter?
