Big Phil wrote:Got a Footy Budget today and a couple of interesting things on the page for this game:
Bryce Campbell, as expected, is named to play, as is Brett Zorzi.
Taylor Walker and David Rodan listed for Norwood but will play AFL for their respective clubs.
Young Dylan Reinbrecht only named in the reserves, which would be unlucky for the lad but a good indication of the midfield strength for the Legs with Campbell and Zorzi back.
Jeremy Clayton named in the league list for his first game back in the 1's since having a knee reconstruction last year.
Brett Ebert and Ivan Maric both named in the Maggies list but will line up in their respective AFL sides in the Showdown.
I think Norwood will be too strong in this one and will win by about 5 goals.

They wont risk Campbell, best to give him another 2 weeks off with the bye and ensure he is 100%.

It gets printed on a Thursday before the official teams get released by the clubs. Not really a guide no, but an indication, yes
Not really , it's often wrong . Best off reading the sides released by the clubs on Adelaide Now or from your clubs Email or Website.

Up to Thursday lunchtime, there was a very good chance of Rodan playing for Norwood. The club expected Walker to play for the Crows, but weren't officially informed by the Crows that he was playing until Thursday lunchtime. That is why both names appear in the Norwood list.

Yeah, sure, fair enough.
How many SANFL games for Rodan would that have been had he played at The Parade tomorrow, 3 or 4?

All up? He's played 4 games, 8 goals, but he's only played the one in 2011.

Can't say you don't try hard Phil . I feel sorry for try hards , they try to fit in and make an impression .Yorrick has been used Maxy but I understand why you are uising it now.
Anyway , back the the game at hand, Norwood should win comfortably and after a close first half run out winners by 43 points.
