Langford named in squad suggests a tall forward will miss or maybe Dawe will have to ruck more this week. Very surprised if Doyle plays.

Surely you're fishing.

Port Adelaide continue to have the highest Membership and respectable crowds (even when sitting near the bottom of the ladder), while your mob wont even venture beyond West Terrace.

i'm not fishing it's a fact port crowds are down by port standards.

Crows want to play Walker because they are worried about losing him, not to GWS, but to a Melbourne based club. At this point in time, there are 5 clubs showing interest in him, and some of them currently in the top 8.

Now that Craig is gone, I am thinking Walker will be at the Crows in 2012.

When I mentioned this, Craig gone and a new coach might have an affect on a few SANFL/AFL players, I was told it wasn't a relevant thread. ;)
Re Walker, maybe two years in a row wont qualify. Same for Symes, other than when he did qualify he wasn't allowed to play.

I should have said that the second part of my post was my personal thoughts only. Just reading between the lines.

Walker only in Cows squad of 25 which won't be finalised until tomorrow night after training. Could still be an inclusion for Norwood

No point in playing at any level if the knee is not right.
The Crows will want to demonstrate to TW that he will not be required to be a robot again and let him have his head as a born forward.
To Norwood TW is a bonus we can not bank on him being in our finals team qualified or not.

Got a Footy Budget today and a couple of interesting things on the page for this game:

Bryce Campbell, as expected, is named to play, as is Brett Zorzi.

Taylor Walker and David Rodan listed for Norwood but will play AFL for their respective clubs.

Young Dylan Reinbrecht only named in the reserves, which would be unlucky for the lad but a good indication of the midfield strength for the Legs with Campbell and Zorzi back.

Jeremy Clayton named in the league list for his first game back in the 1's since having a knee reconstruction last year.

Brett Ebert and Ivan Maric both named in the Maggies list but will line up in their respective AFL sides in the Showdown.

I think Norwood will be too strong in this one and will win by about 5 goals.

Not really , it's often wrong . Best off reading the sides released by the clubs on Adelaide Now or from your clubs Email or Website.
