2308, and not the best choice for captain (Swan). Will take that one pretty happily. Unfortunately, some of those within touch won also. Hopefully can avoid relegation here.

In this very tight league the top four looks settled. All on 10-3 I can't see anyone outside the top four from breaking into this select group. All of those teams in the top four need to win just the one final to be promoted into Division II but straight sets in this company is not out of the question.

There were more than a few very good scores once again with Brownys Boys, Delicious, Hips Don't Lie, Toolman and the luckless Jims TigerRoos (who lost!) all racking up over 2400. While the top four is settled the bottom half of the eight and the relegation zone is not so clear cut. A number of teams in the bottom half of the eight dropped matches and this opened the door a bit for Hips Don't Lie, black ninjas and REBCats.

In the relegation zone Relentless 22 looks gone now but Carp Diem is fighting hard to stay up with some good recent form. Carp's fate is in his own hands with matches against the black ninjas and REBCats to come. Win them both and he'll stay up. This week was not a good look for Kiwi Krapper's who have been treading water for a few weeks now and the Kiwi will need a win soon or it's Divvy IV for him.

With relegation is it the bottom 4 that go down at the end of the minor round or do the minor finals come into consideration. Considering most sides try to build up for finals surely it would be the bottom sides in the finals that go?

Nope minor round. Finals for bottom eight is bullshit.

Seems like a contradiction that you get promoted on how you go in finals, but demoted without the last 4 weeks taken into account. Like I said you gear your side up for finals.

When you've been crap for ten weeks it doesn't make much sense gearing up for the finals. If you miss the finals and you're 13th down you go.

Not sure about being too crap but I am top 4 in every other leaqgue im in so I cant burn trades just for 1 league I always look at my team as a whole. If they are the rules thats fine (I didnt think I would be in this possie  ) but I still think they need tweaking. Ah well just hope that teams start underperforming against me rather than over performing.

The Toolman is in a strong position after Otten, Fisher & Gilbert did sweet fa.
Lucky Nick Dal Santo gave me some hope.
For every one I miss I am closer to a hole in one.
