Surviving 44kms thru the hills (Aldgate>Carey Gully>Balhannah>Hahndorf>Echunga>Mylor>Aldgate) today on my bike.

Birthday yesterday:
Step mum dropped cake into work.
The B Grade won, and a couple of juniors that I really rate got to play.
The A Grade beat the flag favorites.
Got home feeling more than a tad average...

75% of it is on back roads with minimal cars, must admit I was a bit worried but I think most hills residents are used to the lycra brigade these days and are pretty respectful.

Got the week off so heading up there to do it again on my own.
