I fast forwarded the the Show vs Henry and Divas matches, but I thought MITB was a very entertaining show.

for a big man's match show vs henry was ok, it didnt go forever and they let mark henry do what he should, come to ring, kick someones ass and hurt him, then get out the ring.
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

BOOKER T is the WORST Wrestling commentator of all time. Bar None
At the replay of MITB PPV i agreed to play a drinking game called...."Right here, right there, right now and let me tell ya". When he says anyone of those you drink. In match 1 i drank over 50 times :drinkers: :ymsick: :vom: .

I thought early on that he must have been coming back as a commentator temporarily as part of a ploy to get into a feud with someone.

I have been let down...

And his "fave five" is really annoying...

Smackdown by a long way, but I thought with that being the first match, that it was a sign that the winner would have cahsed in that night... :(

Would have been funny if Christian beat his own "5 day reign" with a five minute one...

Tony Schvione, Scott Hudson, Mark Maddan, Rob Bartlet, Mike Adamle, Don West, all make booker look like jim ross in comparison. Please no one take this the wrong way, but i think josh (think thats his name) and booker as the colour guy would be ok, i mean booker is a bit of a dark horse at the position, he has moments we he looks like he know what he is doing, then he just fails...badly...dog!!!

Josh Matthews, yes...

Would rather see Matt Striker or William Regal in the chair... They need to get Booker in the ring.

Kane has been sidelined for 2-3 months from injuries he sustatined after one of the best matches on smackdown for a while vs Randy Orton. Which he lost, after the match they shaked hands, then Mark Henry came out and did the same thing to kane that he did to Big show.

I always liked Tony Schiavone, him with Mike Tenay and Bobby Heenan was as good a setup as any.

Heard that this was injured in storyline, and he may yet be back for Summerslam.

yeah in that 3 he was ok. with Jessie Ventura he sucked, with Gordon Solie he barely held up, with Jim Ross ditto with Hudson and Maddon they sucked so hard it wasn't funny. i know theres more combos of announcers he was with. I think Schiavone had some good story telling skills and could put the wrestlers over. However he move knowledge wasn't fantastic for someone who had been in the business as long as he did and for someone who spent alot of time with Jim Crockett promotions, who may of been the 2nd company growth wise etc, but where top of the tree wrestling wise.

If you remember in that set up, Tenay would usally call the moves and bring up wrestling history, bobby would be bobby and crack jokes as well as being the colour commentator, Schiavone would be the go between, story tell and host (i guess) besides the finishes to match he wouldn't really do play by play.

Yeah that's pretty much exactly as I remember it. Iwas 10 when I started watching wrestling (1998, the glory days) and I enjoyed those three more than JR/King. They each had a role and they fit in well with each other. Schiavone was the host, but with Tenay there, he didn't need to do as much play-by-play. Listening to Tenay try to host now in TNA, and try to get emotionally involved, just doesn't work.

Quiet on here.

Since last Smackdown, which has been aired.
Orton v Christian announced for Summerslam, last man standing.
Zack Ryder appeared on SD! and is the new assistant GM over there.
Mark Henry had a rant, and Sheamus came out and confronted him- slowly turning Face.

This weeks RAW, which has been aired.
Zack Ryder teamed with Santino, beaten by McGillicutty and Otunga
Punk v Cena announced for Summerslam, to unify the two WWE titles.
Alex Riley came and interrupted US Champ Dolph... I'm thinking A-Ry will take the US belt at SS (nothing announced yet).
Beth Phoenix won a battle royal to become the no 1 contender at summerslam, turned heel on Kelly Kelly after.
ADR def Evan Bourne, Kofi came out at the end- looks like they'll fight at SS (nothing announced yet)

SPOILERS for this weeks SD!:
Zack Ryder was in a promo. Since the HHH era began, he has been on every single show
Sheamus def Khali and Henry def Kozlov (Sheamus v Henry announced for SS)
Nothing else really that special... Except that HHH pedigreed Ryder (May have been off camera judging by the report I read)
Not a very exciting show by the sounds, but I'll watch it anyway

Agree Bully...

The polar opposite is watching Vintage Collection, and HARLEM HEAT defeats Scotty Riggs and Buff Bagwell, new tag champs...

Booker T says 4 TIMES, 4 TIMES, 4 TIMES, 4 TIMES...

Something (FINALLY) happening of interest in the Divas division.

After Beth Phoenix won a battle royal to challenge K2, she turned heel.

Now on SD!, after being the mentor to AJ and Kaitlyn, Natalya turned heel, and cut a promo saying that she was with Beth...

In my best Rock voice:
Finally, Interest, has come back, to the WWE Divas...

Reading a "dirt sheet" today, I wonder if I was the only one who did not know...

CM Punk's real life partner??? Beth Phoenix...

And Main event of the TNA PPV, Hardcore Justice.

Kurt Angle def Sting to become the new TNA Champion.
Hulk Hogan came down to the ring with a chair.
Angle took it, and belted Sting himself.
One Angle Slam later, and we have a new champion.

Also, there is a slow build to FACE Hulk Hogan v HEEL Sting for the 152nd time...
