Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

AFL sides are full of precious primadonnas all sweating on a lucrative move to GWS in 2012. They can suck a d***.

Port will come back from their poor effort in the west with a point to prove and will knock a sliding glenelg outfit out of the five. Magpies will then go on to complete the season undefeated and beat Centrals by 230 points in the GF...

On sacked coaches , a story doing the rounds is that Glenelg was rushed into signing Massie as another club was very interested in him and Glenelg found out . Pretty tough on Mickan .

Glenelgs premiership push should continue this week .

Bah.

Glenelg will congregate in front of the Snouts for a pre-game rendition of Tigerland to fire up players, fans, and the mouth-frothers in the press box. The Tigers will go on to lead Port by 99 points at half-time. After the break (during which Tigerland gets another belting out, along with A Tiger For Me and a few bars of Auld Lang Syne for good measure) the players will take to the field in reverse order, allowing the full-back to outscore his direct opponent for the first time since Brant Chambers pulled on a guernsey. The Bays will travel back to Brighton Road as 200 point winners, smash their way through the rest of the season to the double chance, waltz through the finals, come home from Grand Final day with 3 more trophies to add to the Stanley H Lewis cup, find a cure for cancer, have their cake and eat it too, square the circle, and ultimately decline a place in next year's Foxtel Cup on the pretext that the competition is to give practice matches to lesser clubs.

Now are you going to emerge from the bowls club to have a frothy - or a cup-a-soup - with your Glenelg supporting brethren?

What?? You can judge him on one year.
His problem was he wasn't from Port.

Youre not Matthew Knights by any chance are you No Mercy?
You have stuck up for him several times. Results dont lie, he was rubbish at Port he then took Bendigo Bombers to bottom before taking over the Essendon job. He tried hard at Essendon but his game plan was terrible and had no defensive attribute at all. We flicked him thankfully. Was funny to hear he is now helping the Crows and no surprise where they are now :D

Another interesting test for the ONE CLUB that now is the PAFC.

With
- a home game at Alberton
- no Power playing this weekend
- Magpies winning
- no TV broadcast
- a very important game against an old rival that with a win could see Port consolidate a finals berth.

There should be a crowd approaching 4,000

Here's hopng that the Magpies revival leads to good crowds for the rest of the season.

5500. They will start coming out of the trees, gutters, jails and welfare shelters. All frothing at the mouth to see Port win at Alberton.
