I heard that the guy he punched out was Scott Lee! (or was it Grant Coffee?..some Centrals bloke anyhoo) ;)

4 weeks for leaving the field and hitting a spectator .... that seems light in my view.

What? You've never had that sudden urge?? ;)

If this is the guy that left the field as his dad was getting punched by the opposition?. I would have done the same and taken the four weeks without a second thought

Yes it is. His old man was in a scuffle, but Trinity guys might debate the finer details as to whether he was "geting punched"

Had a look at the votes on the site, Brincat for BOS barely making a blip. What's with that? Surely should be right up there!

amazing game really..50 goal onslaught..GFC kicked the first 6 goals of the game in a normal start by CLGFC atm..9-4 at quarter time..GFC then had a 12 goal quarter and went in 21 goals to 7 goals at half time..16 goals up at 3/4 time..CLGFC then came out and kicked an amazing 12 goals in the last quarter as the rams came to a complete halt..final margin 6 goals which was basically the jump they got on us early..sure they slowed up with the game in hand but it was not the sort of signs you want to see from a team who got a 14 goal thumping from their rival at the top the week before..buss was pure class..but imo they lack real leg speed..can be lazy and cocky and will need better work rates from defenders/on ballers to make it to the GF this year, this maybe fixed with a few players to come back in for them..and the umpires were excellent..best we have this year by a mile..now we move onto the IFFC battle but with some momentum from the last quarter..

High scoring indeed. It was nice to play in perfect conditions yesterday. CLG vs IF will be like an elimination final.

We had probably our best win for the year. Led by one or two goals during the first half, but AU kicked 4 goals to our 1 goal during the third quarter. Went into the last quarter about two goals down. The lead changed four times during the last 5-10 minutes of the game, until young Moncrieff crumbed a marking contest to snap truly with a minute left.

Park 10 is a HUUUUGE oval. I fell out of bed this morning feeling like I'd run a marathon.

Went off the ground against us with a slight hamstring strain, I'd say he won't be taking any chances with it to make sure he's good to go for the finals.

Sort of. Mathematically, could still be relegated & can still make finals. Have 3 of our last 4 games at home.

it used to be bigger too - the boundary lines have been brought in and it's been shortened a bit. it's easy to get lost out there.

Wow! so how did everyone get home?

Despite this being a low act, it still poses one question...

Why have a valuables bag if you're just going to leave it in the changerooms unattended?
Don't play games with a girl who can play 'em better...
