p.s. I hope I’m not asking for too much Phil, but do you know if the Dudley Park Tiddleywinks Association and the Allenby Gardens Navel Fluff Collectors might be coming along ?

Sorry SABRE but I don't have them on my Eagles Community Mailing list, so they missed out, please pass on my apologies to them ... If you can send me their details I will be happy to include in further community initiatives the club is driving.

Looking forward to going to this game - it'll be my first SANFL match for the year. Mr McSpaz is a Norwood man as well so tempers will be high. Our baby son has a Norwood jumper - not my doing - but I'll be buying him an Eagles bib and beanie to go with them. Carn the Eagles!!!

Looked ugly at half time.

Eagles 12.6.78
Norwood 17.9.111

Eagles played a lot better then last week, but a lot of work still to be done.

I believe that Thomas The Tank Engine and The Fat Controller will be in attendance. They may be able to help dry out the centre square lol

Here at Woodville now, have worked out the final changes to the 21 for Norwood.

INS: L.Brown, J.Aish, S.Doyle

OUT: T.Walker (susp), L.Jericho (inj), J.Allen (omit)

Great to see big Stephen Doyle back playing League football, he has had his fair share of injury battles.

Good luck to the big fella in his comeback game.

Anyone (AH?) know when he last played a League game for the Redlegs?

Yeah, that is what Ryan said over on the Norwood forum.

Cheers mate.

Good to see the Big Fella back, although not the greatest of conditions for him today...

Steady rain now falling at Woodville, despite the forcast saying morning showers clearing...

This weather could cause a huge upset today, changing my tip, The Wiggles MUST win this game. 14 points.

The rain has stopped here at Woodville and I think it is gone for the day.

The conditions will still be greasy and the cricket pitch area in the middle will remain boggy all day.

I've said all week, I smell somewhat of an upset (or did you pass wind Centrurion) with the Eagles maybe getting up in this one.

I'll stick with it, but just...

Eagles by 7 points.

But there is no breeze here at Woodville to speak of ;)

Good to see young Mark Evans back playing for Norwood as well.

Goes to the same physio I do and I often see him there getting regular treatment.

I think it was a long term foot injury, but good to see him back in the ressies for the Redlegs.

Despite not being named in the League squad, Travis Lane will be playing in the main game, was warming up with the side out on the ground. Perhpas Powell wont play?

Yep, you were drunk

Eagles ressies have just hit the front, 6 minutes into the last term, after pretty much trailing all day...
