Ordinary game by Sam Fisher, glad there were no games this weekend. Carrazzo a late withdrawal too with no cover  Look like getting about 2200

Fisher just got very affordable for those without him. Set to drop to $490K this week and will carry a high BE into the next game.

Had been eyeing off NDS as a final midfield upgrade, well priced at ~$490K before this round, but his huge score of 174 means he'll rocket up $50K.

Still, a great option if you are looking to replace GAJ.

Dal Santo was about $470K when Mundy went down. In hindsight, he was a bargain.

Hodge is the other bargain that's been lurking for a while now. At least I have him.

2030 in Dreamteam, will take that.

1568 in Supercoach. 6 donuts and GAJ as captain. Big headaches this week with that one, and then have to make one more trade due to injury. Egad.

Do you mean Brown?

Quichey, did you end up getting Ablett or did you score a lucky break this week like me?

Oh .... yes OK, the General

I think the General will cull down a few premiums in rounds 21 to 24. Pav is a monty to cop the general I reckon. Pendles, Judd ... all of them.

Was seconds from trading him in. Walked away from the PC and let the lockout tick over.

Adamant on trading GAJ in, at least I'll save money by trading in the next best premium I haven't got.

I don't think coaches will flirt with player form too close to finals. I think we'll see players get rested earlier, perhaps between R18-R21.

Yowza Hondo! 41 points from nabbing the $1000 this week.

2536 is huge. Ranked 5th for R16 scores.

Guess what I did with 5 seconds to go before lockout ... switched the C from Hodge to Swan!

It cost me 31 points which I didn't care about until I saw I finished 5th for the round. I still would have finished 4th as it turned out.

Sometimes you get lucky in this game. I have a no-Ablett team.

Corkies managed a 2200+ score to break back into the top 1000
Hondo must've jumped massively as I went up about 800 places.
Fortunately had Pendles as captain (don't have Ablett) and that compensated for some dud scores elsewhere.

Hawthorn bye makes it tough this week, but looks like I can still put a reasonable side on the field.

About 3500 spots to 1246. It's my biggest single rankings jump ever and completely unexpected except for the fact that I have no premiums from Freo, Melbourne or Adelaide. McEvoy is one recent recruit who has been important for me - 2 x 140s in a row since I got him.

This week returns to normality as I have Hodge and Buddy missing and then I have to worry again about not having Fyfe or Pavlich.
