Once the supercoach finals start (Rd 21) do the top 4 point scorers at that point get promoted next year? or is it the top 4 point scorers after Rd 24 that get the call up?

In this divvy it is the top four point scorers. This is why there is a points ladder with coaches in Green (to be promoted) and coaches in red (to be demoted). Other coaches could get promoted in order if players in higher divisions pull out.

However, when Hairy Chequebook gets promotion then he is classed as a Divvy VI coach so he could 'jump the queue' over existing Divvy VI coaches from this season. Watch this space.

REB

Lost me man, so top 4 after 24 rounds or top 4 after Rd 20 when Supercoach finals commence get the chance for promotion ?
The reason I ask is with no trades left if I get hit with injuries, there could be a drastic slide for the Sleeves as my plan was to go hard early in the hope of promotion.

No trades left for the sleeves?? That gives me some hope come finals if I can improve my team with the 9 trades I have left. Still wont get dlose to Buddy though.

Buddy is going ok, still stewing on Sandi but the pending weeks missed by Ablett could cause some selection issues.

Very poor round, only 1939 :( Worst score for some time.

Onegamers had a real crack this week aginst the baby giraffes but still came up 150 points short :(
A score of 2400+ makes you an adult giraffe now me thinks ;)
Its still mathematically possible to make the finals from here & you know what that means!

I reckon that the Promotion and Relegation has all been sorted in this division so the only real interest now is can the mighty Buddy Franklin be beaten for this premiership? Buddy racks up 2400 most weeks and at this level that's going to be hard to beat. Second ranked Sleeves are out of trades so perhaps the only other likely premier is the Greedy Guns who outscored Buddy last week but that was during a Hawthorn bye.

On closer thoughts, my opponent is not that much behind me, and although I would probably scrape a win in, he's got Mitch effing Duncan on the pine, as an emergency who WILL score...

Nope, I did get done.

Can't be too upset with 2100 at this stage of the year- couldn't afford to make any trades...

Shot myself in the foot, with McCarthy as my emergency (scoring 15), instead of Brad Sewell (131).

And Mark Nicoski (34) spudded up for his worst game of the year...

It's been a bad week for Big Als Big Boys and the Nutkickers (I feel your pain brother!) as they got knocked out of the top eight and took a tumble on the score rankings as well. The big winner in the Division VI shuffle was the FOOTYLEDGENS who have finally cracked it into the top eight after playing most of the top sides early on in the season.

At the fag end of the rankings points congrats to Media Parky who finally managed to overhaul Private Frotherthy to get off the bottom of the points ranking but he still looks to be Bunny Bound in 2012.

Had my best ever supercoach score last week with 2614 but this week am looking at worst ever, with 2 doughnuts already and all my regular bench-warmers starting with Deledio,Adcock,Mattner,Cotchin,Cooney,Goodes,Riewoldt and Riewoldt out I'd be happy to get to 1800 but more likely a 1600 round.

I hear ya mate, missing stacks and a few fairly average players taking the spots of guns this week. Lucky to crack 2K I'd reckon.

Might be a chance to catch up some points on you Masha this week. Only guns on the bench for me are Goodes and Deledio.

Last week before SC finals. Buddy Franklin has sewn up top spot, The Sleeves and Greedy Guns are 2nd and 3rd respectively but I expect them to change positions with a loss to The Sleeves this week, rounding out the top four we should see The Giraffes.

Noodles, Hamsik and Tiges are 5th, 6th and 7th and should stay in that order with wins this week, currently in 8th is Footyledgens a win and he's in, a loss would see the Match of the Round Nutkickers vs Big Als grab the final spot. I'm tipping Onegameatatimers to knock off Ledgens and Nutkickers to get the win and finish 8th.
