Buddy Franklin is still top dog in Division VI (and I believe the Hogg overall but they need to watch out for Has Been) after he won the top of the table clash with The Wizard Sleeves who need to find another hundred points if they hope to take the premiership off Masha. The Go Tiges jumped back into the top eight at the expense of Big Al and it looks like pafc1870's rear guard action might have come to a close with a second straight mediocre score.

JJ's Jrunks pulled out a very respectable 2211 and while it wasn't enough to beat those Greedy Guns it did cut pafc1870's lead to 662 points which means they might yet escape relegation to the Bunny Bowl next season. Parkys Crusaders upset the Nutkickers and at the start of the year Giant was worried he'd dominate in this league but so far he is yet to cement his finals spot let alone taking out all comers.

Green teams all set to go up but the Jrunks have been thrown a lifeline by some low scoring by pafc1870 in the last two games. There's four weeks boys to get it sorted but the flag and the promotions look pretty set and so do the relegations as well.

It was futile trying to win every game, with BF slaughtering. I'm gonna make my run late.

p.s. Do the Pineapple league. Have won 7 in a row, after loosing my first 5. ;)

I'm not the organiser of that one mate. Got enough to do already. I'm 5th in that and hoping to crack the top four.

Hey REB,
Once the supercoach finals start (Rd 21) do the top 4 point scorers at that point get promoted next year? or is it the top 4 point scorers after Rd 24 that get the call up?

In this divvy it is the top four point scorers. This is why there is a points ladder with coaches in Green (to be promoted) and coaches in red (to be demoted). Other coaches could get promoted in order if players in higher divisions pull out.

However, when Hairy Chequebook gets promotion then he is classed as a Divvy VI coach so he could 'jump the queue' over existing Divvy VI coaches from this season. Watch this space.

Lost me man, so top 4 after 24 rounds or top 4 after Rd 20 when Supercoach finals commence get the chance for promotion ?
The reason I ask is with no trades left if I get hit with injuries, there could be a drastic slide for the Sleeves as my plan was to go hard early in the hope of promotion.

So my plan of winning the comp may be a good one, even though I won't get promotion. Anyone know how many trades Buddy has?

You're safe as houses. You lead the baby giraffes by 1351, that covers a lot of donuts. If you are in green you go up. Too easy.
