Heard there was an ugly incident in the Raggies game on the weekend. Contact made to a SPOC player 60m behind play resulting in a severly broken Jaw requiring surgery!

im hearing potential legal action so anything said on here might not be wise!

If anything bad happens involving Modbury and it gets bought up ill just be using the above 'Legal Action' line, seems a good way to put things to rest immediately!

but in all seriousness i heard the poor lad from SPOC was in trouble, good luck in his recovery. Never a good thing to see happen.

After a friend brought it to my attention I was suprised to read on the Adelaide Uni website where it described all teams in Div 2 other than Rocs as "just average"
I actually like the way they call it as they see it and they put themselves in this catergory
Although I would suggest that other clubs would argue that other than ROCS, Div2 is just a even competition

Unfolding as a very interesting year with ROCS breakin away from rest of the pack. A very even bunch from 2-6 & Payneham struggling to avoid relegation for the 2nd yr in a row!

Wouldn't be the only game on the weekend in this div with some dirty stuff going on.
League needs to look at kicking all the old scholars clubs out of the comp. Nothing but a bunch of trouble makers.

This is the first test for the SAAFL.... The outcome of this will determine the success of the points system in the future. I think its a good system personally but must be policed and punished accordingly

sould be a short investigation. seeing as points show up when you load a team into iscore, it should be pretty easy to tell if they were over or not.

if it is true its pretty ballsy (stupid) going that many points over the 15!

you would assume just the games they went over. but i havent read the rules and regs personally so not 100% on that.

Last year we started back up the Heritage round. We have had a few jumpers over the 150 odd years (started in double blue before changing to brown and gold) so that jumper was worn many moons ago. Each year we have a dedicated round and wear a heritage jumper.
