making toasted sandwiches for lunch at work... phone starts ringing....and ringing..and ringing.
noone answers it so i rush to answer it before they hang up...
im on the phone for 10 mins with this guy.
come back to sandwiches.........
cheese has melted out of them so its just ham and then i had to clean up all the melted cheese all over the sandwich maker and bench.

No, i am the "king of the castle" etc , although i think you get what i meant. it is our house, but one night every week, it also becomes the monster inlaws house. the last couple of weeks it has been two nights a week.

i even got a dirty look last night when i changed my tv to watch state of origin when her master chef hadnt finished. tough biccies! she wants to stay at our house, she lives under our rules, and the wife did not have any issues with me watching origin, in case you were wondering

i had always thought that the whole "monster inlaw" thing was something that only really occured in movies and tv shows. we used to get along really well, then Mrs Tipper and i got engaged, and overnight it changed. i think the monster inlaw then realised she would be stuck with me, and i with her so it didnt matter how she treated me.
